The cover is made of pink card with black type - it has some damage to corners & spine from use but nothing too serious.

The map is in good condition and not faded.

There is a 6cm tear along one of the folds which could easily be repaired - last photo

There is a tea cup stain - not too dark and some folds to corners - see last few photos

Belonged to a relative who kept it out of daylight in safe keeping.....just in case!
