Returns:
Please contact me prior to opening a return or a case. While I try my best to avoid them selling, I am human I will make mistakes, we all do. Please keep this in mind in communication, please lets both respect each other and be civil If there is an issue, please include a picture of what the issue is, that way I can see what you see.
I will sell both new and used items. I try my absolute best to check, test and list any issues I notice or find. As with any used item there may be cosmetic issues such as scratches, blemishes, wear, dirt just to name a few. I have a good camera and try to take good pictures. Of course, new is new, and or open box but fully functional.
Yes, I accept returns, if I send the wrong item that is on me.
If I list it as used, parts or clearly describe the issues you want to return it for that, THE RETURN is on you the buyer. I know we change our minds. Please read the description. It is there to inform you the buyer along with the pictures.
I will deduct shipping costs to and from on my returns and a restocking fee of 10 percent.
Shipping:
I try to handle shipping in a very timely manner. If I offer free shipping, I take a hit on that, and it comes out of my pocket meaning free to you. I know now days there are people trying to make the dollar stretch and I try my best to offer excellent prices, this means my profit margin is not huge on many items. I say this as I do not combine shipping on free shipping items because well its free to you. If you are paying for shipping and buying multiple items, then yes, I will combine shipping gladly to as close as actual price as possible. I use USPS, Fed Ex and UPS, so I do not mind trying to save you the buyer on shipping whenever possible. Sometimes however no matter how hard I try shipping amounts increase, someone throws me a curve ball in location and shipping is so high or I royally mess up myself and would lose money to sell and ship it, I have no choice but to cancel the transaction. I will notify why in an email if this should happen. Again been doing this for 20 plus years. I absolutely do not charge any handle fees IN SHIPPING.

I will set it up to automatically leave feedback once feedback is left for me. This is how buyers judge me on my service and shipping.
