Up for sale is an Unlocked Samsung Galaxy J3 16GB Silver SM-J337VPP Android 9 Smartphone W/UAG Case

Previously Verizon, but have been unlocked (Unlocking a phone does *NOT* remove Verizon logos, references, etc, it only give you PERMISSION to use other carrier's SIM cards)

You can tell if the phone is unlocked. Put a valid non-Verizon SIM card in the phone and then go to the status page in settings. If the phone number shows "UNKNOWN", the phone is locked. If the phone shows something else (a real phone number, 000-000-000), then its unlocked. Please check the picture for reference.

Used SIM cards are not included - No carrier will activate a used SIM card that was used by someone else.

I have 2 types of cases these came with.(see last photo) UAG and an unlabeled one that appears to be "Case - Mobile Case" brand. The UAG one is thinner and one piece. The other has a rubbery inner and a hard outer and is thicker overall.

You only get 1 case with your order. I will include the UAG one, *unless* you specify you want the other one.

There is a difference between "unlocked" and "supported".

While the phone will accept other SIM cards, the carriers may not decide to allow the phone.

Will the phone work with:

Verizon: Yes

Verizon resellers (Mint Mobile, etc): Yes

T-Mobile: Probably

T-Mobile Resellers (Tello, Metro, Ting, etc): Yes (and have tested with Tello)

AT&T: NO (Tested and verified it won't)

AT&T Resellers: Possibly, but untested.

These are in MINT Condition. No scratches/scuff/wear anywhere on the phone.

They were used in a business setting for some basic data collection and were handled carefully, and were always in the case

They were on a managed network, but I was able to get that removed, reset the phone and ran updates 10/11/12/13/14/15

Each of those required a reboot, so it takes me a good hour to prep these phones so you don't have to spend time waiting for that yourself

Keep in mind that the storage is a bit lacking (about 8.2GB available), this is a basic smartphone, so don't expect to be shooting long videos, or thousands of photos without an expansion card (these do support MicroSD).

The chargers appear to be unused, OEM Samsung Brand, and the cases are Urban Armor Gear, and quite good, but there was a company logo on them that I did my best to remove.

I keep getting unsolicited offers for all the phones. As of June 3, 2024, I have 62 left. I will sell them all for $1,850. I only have UAG cases for about 40 of them, and the rest have the Case branded cases. A couple of them need to be reflashed, a dozen or so I was unable to unlock with my software, and 50+ of the phones are still on Security version 10 or older (15 is the newest)
