Vintage Blue Point (snap on) Ford Script Diagonal Cutters date code 1939.  Used,  a small gap in the blades.

These are odd,  as Blue Point pliers/cutters are not listed in the cats.  

Note as to the date code,  if this were a snap on the -9 code would be 1929. but on a Blue Point its 39.  A good example is the blue point combination wrenches with these -7 -8 -9 code.  as combination wrenches were made until about 1933-34
