This complete set includes a Mendini 4/4 violin, perfect for beginner players. The set includes additional accessories: extra bow, light and dark rosins, shoulder rest, metronome, tuner, replacement strings and bridge, and a case for safe storage and transport.

Your violin will be transported with loose strings to prevent them from snapping during temperature and humidity changes that may occur during handling. Because of this lowered tension, your violin will need to be tuned, and the bridge may need to be adjusted upon arrival. Bows are similarly transported with lowered tension.

Defects: There  is a fray in the zipper at the bottom of the case. The case closes securely, but the fray keeps the zipper from closing the last few inches. There is a rubber stopper placed to prevent the zipper from coming off the teeth (PICTURED).
