This auction is for 2- Dept. 56  Heritage Christmas In The City 1995 " Beekman House " & " Pickford  Place."   They are in very good displayed condition.  I HAVE FOUND A SMALL CHIP ON THE TOP EDGE OF THE PICKFORD PLACE, it is on the edge of the roof.   I felt it before I noticed it.   It is hard to see and does still display well, but I wanted to mention it.     The Brownstones stand approx. 10 1/2 inches tall x 5 inches long x 3 1/2  inches wide.     They are complete with light cords, little lamps for the front and fire escape for the Beekman House.    The detail is great ,they would be a great addition to your village display.       They were purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and have been stored in a smoke free home.   The the paper sleeve shows some wear  from age and storage.      Please check out the pictures and feel free to e-mail me with any questions.    Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items.    Shipping cost varies by your zip code location.   Thanks for looking.  International Buyers---Import duties ,taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
