The saga continues in part II-JUSTICE of Once Upon A Time In Black America-The Streets Vs. The Courts. Travis, the Black Godfather of Detroit, has moved to elevated status where his influence is a Pillar in the Black community. He is respected by Blacks and Whites except by those who are corrupt with the police department, legal system and the Governor. He takes a fight to them on a scale that will knock your shoes off. He uses his entire organization to exact retribution for his paternal family who has been destroyed by Sergeant Bates, police officer, who has unjustly arrested his father for stealing a loaf of bread in which the storekeeper let him go. He is taken before judge Pennyworth who sentences him to 15 years in Jackson along with Johnny Waters a first time offender for using profanity at police officers. Johnny's mother is also a champion for just who takes on the Judge and Governor by a covert operation in the Capital in Lansing. Travis and his White brother Nathaniel Bonebrake aka Ice Pick seeks retribution when their father is threatened by a gang in prison to put him to death. Ice Pick-the Shadow Lord breaks into Jackson Prison and takes out the entire gang Ice Pick style. See what happens to Bates when he pulls the final straw by having false evidence perpetrated against Travis and his beloved Delilah who are locked up in jail and subsequent hounded by the legal system.
