This listing is for a very rare antique / 19th Century small wooden crate for wadding by renowned gunmaker Westley Richards.
The main event is that superb label with wooden letter / letterpress printed typography. The crate displays very well.
The lid sits loosely over the crate and surprisingly has no cracks or losses. A rare survivor from the London and Birmingham gun trade. Has been in my collection a long time, but time to let go. It came to me with some new-old-stock Eley boxes which i'm also listing this week.
Please see the pictures for condition and feel free to ask questions to ensure you're 100% happy with the item before buying.
