ULEZ/CAZ COMPLIANT

I bought this van in October 2023 because we were walking Lands End to John O'Groats and I thought it would be too cold to continue using my ancient T25 as a support vehicle. But the original converter let me down and the converter who I switched to wasn't then able to get it done in time. We completed the walk in December and I'm keeping my trusty T25, so this baby's got to go.

It's perfect for those who want to complete the build to their own specifications. The hard part of conversion has been done with over £7700 worth of parts and materials and many hours of paid labour spent.

- bulkhead removed and flooring and any necessary internal spots all rustproofed for the future
- Swivel bases for both driver's seat and twin passenger seat so they can turn to be part of the living space.
- Kilmat sound deadening,
- Completely insulated with Dodo
- Carpeted ply panelled walls,
- Cladded ceiling with dimmable       spotlights
- Non-slip vinyl over insulated floor
- Evo sleep pods to enable the double   bed to fit widthways.
- Maxxair fanlight with remote control.
- Big Maxxair Skymax skylight over the   sleeping area so you can look at the   stars, with built-in screen and blind,
- Roof rack and ladder,
- Big 3 watt solar panel and large 230AH LITHIUM leisure battery with Victron split charge and electrics,
- Opening and screened tinted rear passenger windows on both sides,
- Tinted windows in rear barn doors,
- Curtains to all windows and thermomats for the cab,
- Overhead cab storage,
- Autoterm diesel heater under passenger seat with controls, 3year warranty.

I can provide an itemised list of parts added and their values if you pm me.

Furniture: double bed, widthways, thanks to pods, measuring 2m x 135cm with single bed under, measuing 170 x 80, with large garage space behind. No mattresses.

The rest is a blank canvas. There are currently travel seats and berths for 3. We were also going to have rear passenger seating in case of trips with son's friends etc, kichen and overhead lockers, based on Design 1 from evomotiondesign.co.uk but without the shower. Leaving it like this means whoever buys it can do what they want to suit them. For example, you may want a shower, or you may not need rear travel seats. Pop in a kitchen pod and you're ready to go!

The van has good bodywork (just a few tiny marks) and a full service history. I had a full service and the timing belt changed in November and it's just had a brand new starter battery. It's a comfortable drive, with cruise control and seven speed, and it looks great.

Insurance company gave mean agreed value for £21,000 and they don't over value the vehicles they insure, so this is definitely worth the money.
