A pair of soft Penguin Foil Kites. One Blue and one Black. Both kites measure approximately 4.5' x 4.5' and include a 20' tube tail as seen in the photos. Lightly used, not much flying time. Kites come packed in a nylon carry case. Kite in flight photos by Jo-Ann Rasmussen and Rich Miller.
