Returns are accepted if seller is contacted within 14 days of arrival of the item and the item is unused and in the original packaging and condition. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the shoes and the buyer must bear return posting costs. There will be a deduction of £3 in the refund to cover original posting costs if you didn't pay for initial postage.
