With that said, you are bidding on a copy of Great Toy Train Layouts of America from 1987 (35 years ago).  Book is in great condition for its age.  Dust cover does show some wear.  Book shows Ward Kimbell's layout (Walt Disney Animator) and also Frank Sinatra's layout and also the New York City Lionel dealer huge layout from the 1950s.  Shows and describes 14 layouts with trains used and information on the accessories also.  Covers Lionel, American Flyer, Ives, Marx.
