1. We accept payment from Paypal or credit card. Buyers can pay by credit card without a Paypal account through Paypal website.

2. Buyer should complete the payment within 7 days after order is placed.

1. Registered airmail from Hong Kong Post is the default shipping method.

2. Normal shipping time for most countries is 10~21 days after the products are posted. 

3. The shipment may occasionally take longer time in case of custom investigation, peak season, or others.

4. Tracking numbers will be provided after shipment is made.

5. We can also ship by EMS and UPS. Please contact us for special shipping service.

6. We pack all our goods with sufficient protection to ensure the product content will arrive undamaged and package box come in at least 90% new condition. 

7. Collectors who are highly concerned about the package box condition should contact us for special packing arrangement. Additional cost may apply.

1. To return the item, buyer must contact us and send back the item within 14 days on receipt of item.

2. Buyer is responsible for the return mail charge.

4. Once we receive the returned items, we shall refund 80% of the product price after deducting our original postage (please note that free shipping does not mean our postage is free).

3. For pre-order items, we will issue full refund if we fail to ship the goods within 30 days after the items are officially released.

4. We do not offer full refund for pre-order items with release date postponed by the maker.
