Our customer service is spot on and I take a lot of pride in our service to our customers. Our goal is to make the world better one Compost Worm at a time. The Mix we sell is a assortment of Eisenia Fetida, Eisenia hortensis and Perionyx excavates which we think is one of the best eaters out there. Our Compost Worms are grown Manure Free which seems to make a difference.

We hand count our orders to make sure they are all there as well as include a lot of extra’s with each and every order of Red Wiggler Composting Worms we sell. They are not beat up in a trommel sorting them out. We have found that taking care by hand counting make our Worms Happy and Healthy.

All Compost Worms we sell are packaged to survive at least 2 weeks in shipment as long as they are not left in the mailbox or parcel locker.

Each order will be in a blue bait cup with plenty of air ventilation so they will be happy on the trip. The Red Wiggler Compost Worms are Bed Rum which means they are assorted size from small to large. We do not guarantee a certain size. We sale what we grow.The Compost Mix we sell are Awesome eaters and can double there population every 3 months as long as they are in optimal condition.

 We ship our Red Wiggler Compost Worms Monday Thru Friday excluding Holidays. We do not have any issues with them taking a break over the weekend like a lot of other sellers do. Our Composting Worms thrive and seem to enjoy the break in shipping.

Compost Worms must be accepted when delivered! (Not left on porch or mailbox as the heat or cold will kill them.

If there ever is a problem, you need to send us a picture within 2 hours and we will decide if they need to be replaced. This is very rare with our Composting Worms. Our Worm are shipped alive and well. If need be we will ship a replacement order if all the conditions are met. NO REFUNDS will be given.
