Condition
As you can see from the video and pictures the laptop is in Very Condition, I have only noticed the following minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of use
- A few minor scuffs / scratches to the lid and bottom case
- A little shine to the palm rest and a faint sticker mark to the left side, the paint work on the front left corner has worn away slightly purely cosmetic and detailed in the video
- A little shine to some of the keys again purely cosmetic all keys work just fine and have been properly cleaned / sanitized
- Missing the sim card tray from the back, no wwan module is installed in the system.
- The screen has one tiny spec mark to the upper right side, very difficult to see and does not affect the screen or touch ability. Shown in the video using the cursor and a bright white background.
Preparation, Diagnostics & Cleaning
The internal fan has been removed to clean and spray with compressed air and new thermal paste applied to the heat sink to ensure of a cool quiet running experience .The motherboard is checked for any signs of liquid spills then sprayed with compressed air to remove any dust or debris. The keyboard has been fully tested and then cleaned with a sanitizer solution to remove any dirt and grime! All exteriors of the laptop are then cleaned with a sanitizer solution using a microfibre cloth. The screen is cleaned using a non-smear solution and a specialized LCD screen cleaning cloth. All ports are checked hoovered and tested as working.
The SSD have been checked using the Crystal Disk Info application and as you can see in the product it reports Good health and a good temperature. The laptop then has a full diagnostic scan to ensure there are no failings or issues, as you will see in the video it passed without any issues. It is then left to run for at least 24 hours without been allowed to sleep or hibernate to ensure no issues develop.
Battery
This model has one internal battery Windows has indicated 8:49 after a full charge, the laptop has then been left to run on the battery for 2 hours after which Windows indicated 6:07 hours remaining @ 75%.
The battery has also been scanned with Battery Info View application which reports a battery health of 83.4%.
Indication only and this will vary depending on usage and settings I offer no guarantees on the battery as it is a used consumable item
As you will see the laptop has a tamper evident security seal on the rear of the laptop if this is removed or damaged this may invalidate the warranty and return process
