This is a Pleco loft ladder complete with hinges and hand rail. It has been stored in my shed for some time (taken from the loft in my old house) and the aluminium is showing surface marks commensurate with its age. The four nuts and bolts securing the handrail have rusty heads but are easy to replace (if looks matter when stuck in a loft!). Its maximum extended length is 2.8m, its width excluding the handrail is 42cm and the longest single set of steps is 146cm. It is collection only and viewing is possible.
