They knew how to make a sexy dress in the inches, the waist is 28 inches, and the hips are 36 inches. Since the dress has a bias cut it has some give to it. The length from the front neckline to the hem is 53.5 inches. There are no side openings so it must slip on over the head. As the dress molds to your curves the length of the dress becomes less. I have noticed when women of the same height try on a bias-cut dress, the hem line is shorter on the more voluptuous woman. There are small holes around the bottom of the hem and also some small very small dark brown spots, otherwise the dress is in good condition.
