HOW TO MAKE TEA
Here are the basic steps for making any herbal tea:
Bring water to a boil. Add about two teaspoons of dried ingredients to a tea infuser or
teapot. Pour hot water over it and allow to steep for 10 minutes Strain and add any
type of flavouring you'd like such as cinnamon, vanilla, honey, etc.

PROPAGATION
Seeds often respond well when planted in a sterile seed growing medium.
