New, never used. Open box, no retail packaging. There is heavy exterior wear from storage, including a number of scratches and scuffs. Additionally, there are a couple of small dents to the edges, nothing major as no material in the weight appears to have been lost. Unit was weighted using our two Mettler Toledo shipping scales to be 10.0 lbs and 16.0 oz respectively.
