We have standard Mon-Fri business hours. Your order will ship either the same business day the order is placed or the next at the very latest. These will ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground and we will require a signature at the time of delivery. We will only ship to the address as was entered at the time of checkout, no exceptions. We record every IMEI before it leaves the door. We have a 30 day return policy. Returns must be in the exact same condition as when sent, include all accessories and packaging as when sent, the IMEI must match, and all passcodes and iCloud accounts must be removed before sending back.
