This is a Shelley Fine Bone China dessert plate that is not seen very frequently.  The green color is called "Apple Green"  This is number 11993/9.  it is in the Dainty shape.  The book ,The Shelley Style, A Collector's Guide by Susan Hill, lists it as Dainty Floral and cites 1932 as the first year that it was made.  The full set is pictured in that book as the start to the section on teaware from 1910-1940.  One can find the cup and saucer in this pattern and shape but it is not common to find the 6" dessert plate that is part of the set.

Please see the photos.  I have owned this for years and it has been sitting on a display shelf in my collection.  It has not been used while in my possession.  I run my fingers over all the edges and I do not see or feel any issue  with either piece.
