PACKING:

All fabrics are new, well cut, and we inspected them before shipped. Also, we ship them folded and well into a package/secured bags or boxes.  

RETURN POLICY:

Dear Customers: We gladly accept returns, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, simply send your fabric back to us in its new, unused condition and we would be happy to provide a refund (except shipping/return fee) and also returned fabrics are subject to 18.50% restocking fee.

SHIPPING & ADDRESS

Dear customers: Be sure your shipping address is correct because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. We will only follow your address listed at the website/checkout for the shipment, and the processing time is (1 to 3 business days) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Depending on how many transactions we are currently processing in our WAREHOUSE, your order will be processed in the order we received it. After shipping your item, it may take up to 3-5 days for you to receive your order.
