#24-050, 1912-1914 Black Silk & Lace Dinner Gown: This gown was created in the Edwardian period of
silk and fine black lace. It has a bust of 38 inches, a waist of 27
inches and hips that are 42 inches. The skirt length from waistband to hem
is 36 inches. The underskirt is made of a heavy silk satin and is in
good condition. The lace flounces are heavily damaged as well as the
lace of the bodice. There is some lace that is in good shape. The bodice
lining is also damaged and split. It is a great dress for design
inspiration. I believe it originally had a sash of some kind. Buy it now - $50.00.
