Hello! You are bidding on a 125 x 1992 Impel Marvel X-Men Vintage Non-Sports Trading Card Lot. Please note unless explicitly mentioned consider any and all cards incomplete sets/subsets and additions to helping you complete your own sets/subsets. Given the age of the cards I would consider them in great condition overall but if you are a card grader would not expect any high grades for any individual cards since I purchased these third-party I have no idea how they were stored or treated before my possession.

Duplicates/Multiples possible. Please see photos for the cards that are included. If the card lot is to large to include photos of each card I will try my best to get a good sampling of what type of cards will be included in the lot. For larger lots please allow me some human margin of error on the card counts. If you see a card count that states "+" I always try my best to go under the amount I counted to allow myself a small margin for error so should end up at least with that amount specified and possibly slightly more. Item Condition:

I have provided high resolution photos for you to determine the condition for yourself. The item/s in the photos provided are the EXACT item/s you will be receiving as I never use stock photos. PLEASE be ok with the condition of the item/s before bidding as I DO NOT provide any refunds due to past fraud issues. If I notice any visible condition issues I will always mention in the description otherwise your judgment from the photos is as good as mine in person.

Be aware that I have zero control over manufacture defects such as print lines, surface scratches, edge/corner dings, bending/warping on thicker stock cards etc etc or if I purchased third-party (didn't open from pack personally) from a card show or eBay how other folks treated the cards before my purchase. What I can guarantee is once the cards are in my possession they are well cared for and protected.

I will never give a "potential" grade rating as it is very subjective and varies a ton by company or even different graders grading the card at the company. You will always get full transparency from me as I know that is what I would want when purchasing an an item. Please expect the cards to have been stored and be shipped the way you see them in the listing as there is potential for the card to come not sleeved (raw), only sleeved or sleeved and top loaded. If you don't like the storage method used or how they will be shipped as seen in the photos then I ask that you simply pass on my auction to avoid any complications for both parties. I will ensure the cards are shipped securely on top of how you see the cards listed. The cards are stored in a BCW 3200 count collectible card bin made of durable plastic with secure locks (not cardboard) inside my climate controlled residence and will be kept there until the item is sold.

Shipping Info:

I will always combine shipping on multiple items won that end the same day and will send over a single invoice with the shipping discount. I generally go with the lowest listed shipping price for the multiple items won but please be understanding if I have to go in the middle of the highest/lowest priced shipping or the highest if it is a heavier/bulkier item.

Well packaged for maximum protection.  Please note the 5 day handling turnaround time in the listing. This means it can take up to 5 days before I drop the item off at USPS in addition to how long it takes USPS to transport the item to you (PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL THE USPS DELAYS CURRENTLY HAPPENING THAT ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL). If that is to long of a wait or you feel you will have to ask me for a shipping status a day after the auction ends, my auctions are not for you.

I always try my hardest to drop off packages to USPS as soon as I can (ideally well before the 5 day preparation turn around agreement) but my primary job/family are demanding so will always come first. If my shipping prices are too high then again my auctions are not for you. Understand that I am not a business so have no shipping connections or discounts, I am just a normal guy who does this for fun on the side. I try my best to estimate shipping prices based on past shipments, size and weight then go slightly under it. I almost always come out of pocket to cover the remaining shipping costs.

Absolutely NO returns as I have been scammed too many times to accept them. Please understand if you are buying an expensive item from me (primarily trading cards) that sold for a few hundred or more I will not leave you hanging. We will assess the situation then figure out the best solution then if needed involve EBay support if we are in disagreement.
