Dollhouse is pre-owned but in good condition for the age. I do not see any major cracks or damage that would affect the use. There is a spot where the second floor folds in where there is a chip missing. Please see the close-up picture.

This house has been in storage, so it will need some additional cleaning. Some of the stickers are peeling off in some of the rooms. It does look like the front door is missing as well. I did test it, and the talking feature still works.

The house folds up, and the second story slides down into the first story for easy storage.

I am, including only the figures and furniture shown in the pictures. The figures do have paint where, and could use cleaned up a little bit.
