Very good used condition, fully working and with front and rear caps (not original), gears for zoom, focus and aperture, and an unknown aluminium C-mount adapter with an external diameter of 51mm.

The optics are excellent with no scratches, fungus or haze, there is some light internal dust and maybe the lightest of cleaning marks.

The focus, zoom and aperture rings move smoothly.

Overall this is a very good example of a classic vintage cine lens.
