This is a Funko Pop! Vinyl Star Wars Series, Number 239, Chewbacca.  This is a Box Lunch Exclusive. Chewbacca is flocked, and wearing goggles.  This item is new in the original box. 

The right side panel's lower right corner has a wrinkle in the cardboard. The back panel's top edge is slightly bent and creased.  The top panel's top left corner tab is creased.  

This item has never been removed from the box.  Boxes display normal wear from storage or sitting on a shelf.
