Bayonet Numbers are 438C BYM  Austrian made. The Blade has 44 marked on the top square end to signify it was made in 1944. BYM from 1939 - 1944 made only 140,000 bayonets.  Scabbard Numbers are JWH42 and 1022 which signify the scabbard was made in occupied France in 1942.
