The item for sale here is an 1970-71 Plymouth Duster, Scamp or Valiant Instrument Panel Cluster. This is the very hard to find 70-71 version. Also fits all 1972-76 A-Bodies but the 72 and up has the seat belt light.
This is in good used condition. Did not test the gauges but the faces look pretty good. Pins are intact and the plastic face looks ok. Also comes with the wiper switch. The part number is 2984395 on the cluster, 2771222 on the board.
