Item has been tested and has the following issue: Buttons are glitchy. Left lower corner of display delaminated. Display has some streaking around the edges.
Tests performed: Spectrum Analyzer does not display errors on startup. Spectrum Analyzer passes its internal self test. The screen is free of defects. Frequencies from lowest range to highest range were tested using an in house signal generator. Buttons are responsive when pressed.
