vintage Incabloc balance wheel  store display  /  teaching display  , it is in great condition  with only slight imperfections which take nothing from this piece, original box showing light vintage wear  but very decent overall,   it measures 4  3/4 "  square   x  1  1/2 "  depth.  interesting display item  overall, see all pictures and ask questions to be satisfied with this item thanks.
