VTG Pair of Two Table Lamps, Hand Painted Magnolias on White Iridescent Glass Bases.

Lamps measure 17" tall from bottom to part that holds light bulb and 9" wide at widest part.The harps (part that holds a shade) are included, sorry didn't get a picture of them. There are no finials or shades, but you can purchase these easily.

They are in very good working condition. No cracks, chips or damage.  See all pictures.
