This comic is the retailer incentive book where stores had to order 25 copies of Cover A to get one of these covers.  Harder to find.  1:25!

This comic lays flat and has beautiful gloss.  I'm not a professional grader, but I would say its condition is NM (9.4).

The book has 1 visible spine stress on the front that is about 1/4" (see attached pictures).  

The back spine has no visible spine stresses.

Corners look fine.
