How to prepare as a juice
The dom is soaked in water for 6 hours or more and stirring from time to time. If it is hot, after an hour it is preferred to put it in the refrigerator.
Then it is put on fire to heat only, and don't let it boil because it tastes bitter, a move just to sterilize.
Quench the fire and sweeten it with sugar, and the amount of sugar according to desire.
We leave it to cool and then filter it with a narrow-hole strainer .. The spoil is not harmful and can be eaten because the sprout is already eaten, meaning that the juice if it is not clear then this does not mean that it must be filtered again.
