I don’t believe these tassels were ever used. I found them at the back of a gift closet at an estate - the lady of the house had accumulated items in the 1980s and 1990s that were put into the closet and never touched again. I found these in a Pottery Barn bag, wrapped in PB paper, but tags were not attached. The estate was in Covington, Louisiana, near New Orleans. I have more items from this estate in my store.
