Edited by Sir John Hammerton and published in 1952 by Waverley Book Company Ltd in London, this original post-war printing weighs approximately 12 kg and comes with special attributes such as numbered pages, colour illustrations, and gravure prints.

Sadly Volume Two has been mislaid

Although it is an original set, it is in well worn condition and has been much loved.

The binding of some of the volumes is loose but no pages are missing
