This laptop was refurbished, laptop was opened and components inside were air dusted clean including heatsink. System was reinstalled to ensure it loaded and works properly and offers a fresh start, features Windows 11. I did not activate this, because I want to know what operating system buyer wants. W7, W10, or W11 please let me know and I will install and activate. Battery not present. An original AC adapter will be included. Pictures of actual item, it is in great condition, mild signs of wear, some scratches on bottom. This classic HP Compaq cq57 laptop was upgraded and features a 128gb SSD for a fast fresh start, 6GB of memory, and an Intel I7-2630qm quad-core processor that runs at 2.0Ghz with turbo boost it can go as fast as 2.9Ghz! Quite a jump over a celeron!! With improved performance this gives no compromise for today's computing needs and would make a nice system for home, business or work.
