THIS IS AN EXCELLENT SHELL AND BASE.  HOWEVER,  THE DRIVER IS DEAD.  
 
HORN BELL IS APPROX 12" AND APPEARS TO BE SOME TYPE OF HEAVY RUBBER-LIKE  MATERIAL --- HEIGHT OF THE TOTAL UNIT IS 25". 

THERE IS NO OHM READING.   THE DRIVER IS DEAD.

   SPEAKER CORD HAS TWO PIN JACKS. 

CONDITION:   EXCELLENT SHELL.  NO CRACKS OR CHIPS.   HOWEVER, THE DRIVER IS DEAD.

THERE ARE A FEW MARKS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BASE.  SEE THE LAST GALLERY PHOTO.
