Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire Deluxe Signed Edition First Edition

Please see photos for condition, book is unread, has original wrapping seal on it when I got it but this was torn in multiple places, the isbn is on the back of the wrapping which suggested it was a first edition, I removed the wrappings to be sure and it was indeed a 1st edition
