Most orders received by 2pm are dispatched the same day. We do not get postal collections over the weekend however we may mark as dispatched, but they will not leave us until the Monday.

If the P&P is quoted over £6.95 please DO NOT pay for your items at this time. Instead when you have finished shopping with us, just send us an eBay message and we will combine your orders. We will then send you a single eBay invoice, confirming the items you want to order and the one P&P charge of up to £6.95.

If you do accidentally pay more than £6.95 P&P, please just send us an eBay message and we will resolve for you.

Returns/Faulty Goods:

Returns are accepted within the 30-days of purchase.

We do not exchange item(s), please initiate the return via your eBay account and once we have received your order back, we will process a refund.

You will have to place a new order if you are requiring a different item!

The item(s)returned should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging/display cards and labels attached in a resell able condition.

Returned item(s) must be protected with an outer covering i.e. jiffy bag or suitably wrapped. Postage Label’s must NOT be stuck directly onto returned items making then unsellable.

Please ensure that riding hats and other fragile items are returned well packaged with suitable padding. Any items not returned in this state will be rejected due to damage that could be caused whilst in transit.

If your items are faulty then please send us pictures via eBay messages and we will contact our supplier.
