·        Orders are shipped either UPS or USPS within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

·         Shipping is NOT available during weekends or holidays.

·         We cannot be held responsible for additional shipping costs due to an undeliverable address. 

·        We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for all returned items.

RETURN POLICY

·        Please contact us for instructions and return address for returning an item. 

·        Shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

·         You may also be charged a restocking fee on some items. 

·        DOA items are eligible for FULL refund INCLUDING shipping costs if the item was not as described.
