The necklace consists of a thick gold colored chain intertwined with black ribbon. The chain connects to a HUGE intricate gold heart. The heart has grey and silver rhinestone studded edges, a row of pearls and is topped with three gold roses. The center of the heart is studded with SPARKLY red crystals. An embellished evil eye sits in the center. There are no missing rhinestones and no tarnishing. This is GORGEOUS and would be perfect for any Betsey Johnson collector or fan!
