This retro map was recently found during an estate clean out, and it still appears to be in acceptable condition, in my opinion. However, it is vintage and does show some signs of heavy wear (Sold As Is) due to age and storage over the years. For example, there is some discoloration and a small tear on the flab that was originally facing outward when folded. I would be happy to provide any additional details you may need upon request.
