This auction is for the 1998 Snow Village 54871  "Nick's Tree Farm. "    It is in very good displayed condition.     The building  measures  approx. 5 1/2 inches high x 8 inches long x 3 1/2 inches wide.   I have found no chips or cracks.    The light cord is included.
