This paperback book is 7 5/8" by 5 3/8" by 1/2" thick and 374 pages long.

There is little bit of damage at the top exterior corner of the binding (photo #3).

And the pages have turned brown from age.

Otherwise, this book is still in good, readable condition with no other flaws or damage that I see.

Other than being brown (and one page corner folded) the pages look perfect.

This book is clean, odor-free, and will be shipped from a smoke-free home.
