The fundamentals of this revolutionary design remained largely unchanged through 6 series of models over nearly 50 years of production of this iconic speaker.

This Series 1 speaker is constructed from walnut, with no foam, laminate or other materials to degrade over time that later models suffered from. It still produces the immaculate, distinctive sound of these superb units.

Note there is some staining of the wooden top and a 1 x 2.5 cm hole in the cloth cover (see photos). Does not include the 901 series equaliser.
