Item Condition

Unless otherwise stated, the following description applies to all items. This forms part of the terms and condition of sale:

An item that has been previously used. 

Excluding items sold as ?Spares or Repairs?, the item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended.

We do not refurbish the items and as such they may require internal and external cleaning and/or repair.

If a hard drive is included, it will have been data wiped.

Items may not come with any power leads/adapter or any other cables, anything that is included with the item will be pictured.

Batteries, if included, have not been tested and as such, we do not warranty/guarantee them under any circumstances. We will not accept returns for faulty / degraded / non-charging batteries.

About Us

At Bristol Waste, we have the opportunity to divert good condition, fit-for-purpose items from the waste stream and get them into the hands of people who can use them.

Since our founding, reuse has been a key part of our vision. Our reuse team has established relationships with partners who can take items from our recycling centres, refurbish them and put them back into the community and into use.

We now reuse IT equipment that are sold here on our eBay page or donated to marginalised communities through the Digital Inclusion Scheme. The money raised from electric equipment sales goes towards furthering our reuse schemes or is donated to charity.

The electric equipment seen on this page has either been donated by businesses, collected from our Reuse Shops or picked up from Bristol's recycling centres.

Customer Service

We operate from Monday to Friday, and we will respond to your query within 24 hours between these operating days.

Payment & Delivery

We ask that payment is made within 4 days of the auction ending via eBay.

Any Items that are not paid for within the 4 days are subject to relisting

Where applicable we will dispatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment
