Vintage Wooden wall plaque, dating from about 1974.  It measures 10.5" x 8.5" x .75", with a small metal ring on the top to hang it on the wall.  There is a paper/poster board front pasted on the front, featuring Kewpies, flowers, and a "smile" poem.  In fair to good used condition, with overall age-related smudges, and a crease on the front top, see photos.
