Halara Size Large(12-14) Breezeful Black Crisscross Back Lace Up Flowy Mini Dress. This dress is pretty short and does not come with shorts like some of the other Halara dresses. I think you would want to wear shorts under this but of course it depends on your height, comfort level, etc. I'm 6'1" so this would be a shirt on me.

Bust is 33" and stretches to 46" but could fit larger by adjusting the tie. 

Waist is 30" and stretches to 41".

Hip is 52" and stretches to 60".

Length is approx 29" from top of shoulder strap to hem at the shortest point on the sides and 31" at the longest point at the center. Again, this is a SHORT dress and I think you would need to wear a little pair of shorts underneath.
