This is a good used example of a Seiss battery-powered (two D-cells) bicycle headlight. This can be attached to the front fender using two mounting screws (included) spaced 1 3/8" apart on-center, or using a strap-mount bracket (also included) to clamp it to your handlebars. Pull the top-mounted switch back to turn on the light, or press it down to flash the light for signalling. (Batteries not included)

The light is about 2¼" in diameter and about 7" long. It's in clean used condition with a correct new 2.5-volt incandescent bulb.

The painted finish has some rough areas, and there is significant chrome loss on the lower right side of the chrome bezel (see Photos 4 & 8), but the remaining paint and chrome has been polished and waxed. It's in good working order and ready to install.
